★ ORDERING ★

STEP 1: Pay a deposit

Once you have decided on the design and are ready to place your order, please send me a convo so I create a custom listing for you. 50% deposit of the value of your order will be required. It will be subtracted from your final balance later on.

STEP 2: Customization and proofs

After your deposit is received, you will get an information form to fill. It will include your wording, color and font choices. We have been making wedding invitations in our brick store for over 30 years, so we will be happy to help with any wording and layout suggestions if needed.
After your information is received, a digital proof of your invitation suite, along with an order estimate will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
Two rounds of digital proofs are included in the initial rate of your wedding set, additional proof costs 15 Dollars each.

STEP 3: Contract & Final Payment

When the proofs are finalized, you will receive a contract by email that will include the quantities, pricing, final proofs and shipping cost. You will be able to review and verify that all wording, fonts and colors are to your approval. At this time the final balance is due and you will receive a PayPal invoice.

STEP 4: Printing & Shipping

Upon receiving your signed contract and final payment, production of your order will be started and it will be shipped to you within 3-4 weeks. We can always agree on shorter production time, if you are in a rush. We always suggest the most budget friendly shipping option first, but we are open to discus upgrades, if needed.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Wedding invitations and personalized items made to order are final once shipped. In the process of preparing your order you get a proof, we discuss all the details to make sure everything is just as you’d love it before you sign the final contract and the item goes to the press.

The letterpress printing by nature produces items with slight variations in color, registration, etc. Each item is manually fed to the press, in some cases several times. You get a handcrafted piece with the charm of one of a kind. Please be aware that colors might also vary from monitor to monitor.

Our 100% positive review outcome on Etsy proves the quality of our work. However, if the mistake is on our side, if “the ghost of the print shop” has intervened as we call it, we will reprint your order and it will be shipped again with no charge for you.
